We will be moving into the old Bakery at Monarch House but until then we will be teaching from 2 studios within Monarch House.

Studio 180 (formerly known as High Vibe) is Unit 21 which is on the 1st floor then up one flight of stairs into the loft. Access from Monarch House Main Entrance on SMyth Road, or from the High Vibe signed entrance on Luckwell Road(after 9am).

Tuesday 21st April: 07:45, 09:30 & 10:45 – Studio 180

Wednesday 22nd April: 06:30 – Studio 180, then in Unity 07:45, 09:30 & 10:45

Thursday 23rd April 09:30 & 10:45 – Studio 180

Friday 24th April 07:30 – Studio 180, then in Unity 08:00, 09:30 & 10:45, then 12:00 in Studio 180
